Cancellation and Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 7 days notice.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the session date will receive a 100% refund.* 
  • Cancellations made within 2 – 6 days in advance of the session date will not receive a refund but will be able to re-book at no extra cost.**
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time will not receive a refund.

**You can re-book during this period by signing into the Customer Panel (follow the Sign-in, in the top right header menu. If you have not already set-up your login password, please follow the ‘Customer Panel Access link’ in your initial appointment email to do so.
