Most frequent questions and answers
All our coaching sessions are held using Zoom. If you’d like to send in a high quality recording prior to your session, you are most welcome to. Follow the steps below to book your coaching session:
1. Fill in the simple online form – this makes sure we’re a good match for you!
2. We’ll send you a booking link to book your coaching sessions
3. We’re looking forward to your session! You’ll receive your Zoom link in your booking confirmation email as well as a link to the client portal where you can sign in and manage bookings online.
Our coaching sessions cater to intermediate pianists and beyond. For those in the early stages or beginners, we recommend opting for in-person lessons to build a strong foundation and receive personalized attention in fundamental training.
If you’re unsure about the best fit for your level, don’t hesitate to apply, and we’ll promptly provide you with our personalised recommendation.
All you need is a piano or keyboard, a stable internet connection, and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with the Zoom application installed.
Additionally, we provide guidelines for optimizing your Zoom setup to ensure a smooth coaching experience.
We process online payments securely using Stripe, our trusted payment gateway, seamlessly integrated into our booking system.
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 7 days notice.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the session date will receive a 100% refund.*
- Cancellations made within 2 – 6 days in advance of the session date will not receive a refund but will be able to re-book at no extra cost.**
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time will not receive a refund.

**You can re-book during this period by signing into the Customer Panel (follow the Sign-in, in the top right header menu. If you have not already set-up your login password, please follow the ‘Customer Panel Access link’ in your initial appointment email to do so.
