Each week, you’ll receive an email with clear guidance on what to focus on, along with new resources, routines, and challenges to shape your practice and playing. You’ll set goals and choose one focus area each month to work on throughout the 12-week cycle. In Weeks 4, 7, and 11, you’ll submit a performance video for personalised written feedback, which you can view — along with all your past submissions — on your private feedback page.
PMM is for intermediate and advanced pianists who want a structured approach to practice and personalised one-on-one feedback. If you struggle with staying consistent, knowing what to practice, being confident you’re on the right path, or making real progress, this program is designed for you.
You can record your performance using a smartphone or camera—no fancy equipment needed! I’ll provide clear guidance on recording and uploading your video, including how to share it as an unlisted YouTube link.

You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to record videos, access materials, and submit your performances. Basic familiarity with using a device and uploading files is helpful.
Don’t worry if you’re not confident with tech—guidance on recording, uploading files, and setting up a YouTube account is provided in the first week’s Submission Checklist, downloadable from your dashboard.

You’ll get the most out of this program if you can dedicate at least 3-4 focused practice sessions per week, but you can adapt it to your schedule. The structure helps you use your practice time efficiently—even if it’s limited.
Each month, you’ll submit a performance video of a piece you’re working on. I’ll provide detailed written feedback on your playing, highlighting your strengths and giving clear guidance on what to focus on next. Both your submission and feedback will be visible on your private feedback page.
After three months, your membership will automatically expire, and you’ll receive an email reminder. To renew, simply log in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions. Continuing your membership lets you keep progressing with fresh content, personalised feedback, and new challenges each month.
Yes, you can pause your membership once per billing cycle for up to 2 months.

PMM includes personalised written feedback, so refunds are only available before any feedback has been delivered.
Members can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal, as long as no feedback has been given.
Once your first feedback (Week 4) is delivered, payments become non-refundable.
Refund requests must be sent to info@pianomentoring.com within the 30-day window.
Returning or renewing members are eligible for refunds, as long as no new feedback has been delivered.
