Piano Mastery Monthly – Terms & Conditions
Summary:
£117 one-time payment for 3 months of access (no auto-renewal).
Content is released weekly over the 12-week cycle.
Personalised feedback is provided in Weeks 4, 7 & 11.
Refunds: available within 30 days only if no feedback has been delivered.
After 3 months, your access ends automatically — you can renew anytime once expired.
1. Payment and Access
Piano Mastery Monthly (“PMM”) is offered as a one-time payment of £117, providing access to all programme features and materials for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Access to PMM content is gradually released over the 12-week cycle, with new resources, routines, and challenges delivered via email each week. Personalised feedback opportunities are provided at Weeks 4, 7, and 11.
At the end of the three-month period, your membership will expire automatically.
There are no recurring or automatic charges — you will not be billed again unless you choose to manually re-enrol after expiry.
Once your membership expires, access to your dashboard, feedback area, and all member features will be suspended. Access will be restored automatically upon renewal.
2. Feedback Schedule
Your 12-week cycle begins on the day of registration (“Week 1”).
Personalised written feedback is provided at the following points during your membership:
- Week 4
- Week 7
- Week 11
To receive feedback, you must submit your video performance by the submission deadline for each feedback week.
3. Refund Policy
PMM includes bespoke written feedback, which is a personalised service. Refunds are only available before any feedback has been delivered.
New members (first-time participants) may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no feedback has been delivered.
Returning or renewing members are eligible for a refund within 30 days, as long as no new feedback has been delivered.
Once your first feedback (Week 4) has been delivered, the service is considered rendered, and payments become non-refundable.
Refund requests must be sent to info@pianomentoring.com within the 30-day window.
4. Pause Option
Members may pause their membership once per 3-month cycle, for up to 2 months.
During a pause, access to PMM resources and feedback is suspended, and the access period is extended accordingly.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the expiry date.
5. Renewal
Since PMM operates on a one-time payment basis, your membership does not renew automatically.
You may renew only after your access period expires, starting a new 3-month cycle.
All past feedback and account data are retained for your future access upon renewal. To renew, simply log in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
- Submitting performance videos on time for each feedback week.
- Understanding that unused feedback sessions do not carry over to future billing periods.
- Using downloadable materials for personal use only — sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
PMM may update these terms from time to time.
Members will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
Continuing participation after this period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Privacy Policy
By enrolling in Piano Mastery Monthly, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable UK GDPR laws.
